San Marzano Tomato is a heavy-yielding tomato variety. 

These tomatoes are used for preserves, solid-pack canning, tomato paste, and tomato puree.

San Marzano Organic Tomato is renowned for its intense flavor and robust texture, making it a popular Italian heirloom. These tomatoes grow on an indeterminate plant and have very little juice. With a lovely mild flavor, mature tomatoes measure roughly 3.5 inches long and 1.5 inches thick. Harvest them when they are around this size.
